Audio or video… what’s more effective for the subject just starting to listen to hypnosis…?
jj asked this great question after the trance session I held on My Discord channel today.
Here’s My reply:
Words hypnotise ….
well… so do other things…such as focusing on a “fixed object” e.g. candle flame, pendulum, crystal ball….
But – focusing on advice for beginners…. words hypnotise. Listen to an audio recording because the pictures in a video/audio hypnosis recording will distract you and keep you more in the alpha brain wave state.
For meditative/ trance purposes- theta brain wave state is ideal.
Again-picking up on something jj asked- he didn’t hear every word I said. Does that matter?
… there is no need to focus on My voice. your conscious mind can do whatever it wants… make lists, think about work, go shopping….
No need to worry about consciously trying to hear every word I say because your subconscious mind hears My every word.
jj also asked re My whisper tracks on recordings & ASMR:
How loud should the volume be…? Loud enough to hear the whispers at the level of a normal speaking voice?
the whisper tracks and phrases act as a subliminal hypnotic layer…. directly accessing the subconscious mind. The recording level is set so you can hear the voice layer as if I am talking to you… right here, in the room.
Don’t worry about trying to hear every whisper…. because your subconscious mind is absorbing everything I say. Whispers are whispers…. soft, gentle…sexy…. and slip so easily into your subconscious mind.
Such an obedient, compliant mind….
